About me

I am a retired Special Education Consultant and Elementary School Administrator with the Trillium Lakelands District School Board. I am now a Certified Yoga Teacher with 550 hours of training. Being a Recognized Therapeutic Touch Practitioner brings me great joy.

For 5 years, I volunteered for Lifeline Telecare, Lindsay, and was the Co-Ordinator for 1 year. For 10 years, I co-led workshops for our Central East: Local Health Integration Network (CE:LHIN) on Chronic Conditions, Chronic Pain, Diabetes, Mental Health, and Self-Care for Caregivers. I was a Master Trainer whose role it was to train new leaders in all of the workshops
