All classes and services are offered on Zoom or in-person in my home studio.

Is a practice that allows the participant to be seated on a chair for the entire class or simply use the chair to support poses done on the mat. It brings the floor up to the participant. This is a perfect class for someone who has been inactive for a while, is overweight, more senior, or just new to yoga.

A seated yoga class for participants with chronic health issues or those who use a walker, a cane, or a wheelchair to assist their mobility.

A yoga that is done on the mat and includes a series of stretches that tenderly move the body so that the entire body is both energized and relaxed. A chair may be used as a prop.

Is an interesting mix of restorative poses done by resting and relaxing on bolsters, blankets, blocks and/or pillows as the supports themselves tenderly stretch and strengthen the body. It is done on a mat with many props. On zoom or in my home yoga studio.

Is a fun-filled 30 minutes injected into a board meeting i.e. after lunch wake-up energizer or as an ice breaker at team building meetings.

Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Day
Together we will design a day that is a one-day yoga retreat. Invite a couple of friends to my home or yours and I will supply all the snacks and a contemplative lunch along with mini-workshops, mindfulness training, chair yoga, meditation, and lots of hilarity! You will leave prepared to live life leading with your winged hearts.

A 45-minute Yoga Nidra class is equivalent to a 3-hour nap!
There are no postures to be held in this class. Participants lie on a mat using as many pillows, bolsters, and blankets as needed to be totally comfortable. The yoga guide recites a script that will encourage participants into a deeper state of relaxation with awareness. This state involves moving from consciousness while awake to dreaming and then to not-dreaming while remaining awake.
