Monday mornings have become sacrosanct since I have been attending Seated Yoga classes. Karin has taught me the benefits of stretching both mind and body. Household chores such as scrubbing floors, or sweeping the patio, which once caused lower back pain, and often required a heating pad/cold compresses, Tylenol, are no longer the norm. I have also learned to meditate, an exercise that formerly eluded me. Thank you so much for caring for all of us.

Karin’s classes are excellent. We work through most body aches and pains with chair yoga. Regular sessions really help. Karin is a very caring and thoughtful person. She is always mindful of our challenges. Would highly recommend her classes to anyone.

The Therapeutic Touch session was wonderful. I have been on the go all day and feel great! Meals, lunch with meals buddies and then seminar at 3.00. Just got home.
